Mette Shirley, a Danish native, was drawn to Marin County in pursuit of her American Dream in 1992. With just one suitcase and $100 in her pocket, she arrived in California and felt a deep connection to the special place she had landed. For the past 30 years, Mette has continued to be grateful for living in such a beautiful and inspiring environment.

With her background in home staging, Mette possesses a strong sense of design and an intuitive understanding of how a space should flow. This translates to higher sales prices for her clients. As a Realtor, she has expanded her involvement in the dynamic housing industry, always striving to provide exceptional service to her clients.
Mette's passion for helping clients find their dream homes is grounded in her spiritual perspective. She believes that finding the perfect home is not just a matter of practical considerations, but also a matter of alignment with one's deeper sense of purpose and well-being. Her warm, respectful, and positive demeanor is a reflection of her spiritual values, guiding clients and team members through even the toughest situations with grace and ease.
Having grown up in Marin, Eric knew it was inevitable that he would return home. After a decade in New York City, he returned to the Bay Area in 2010, bringing with him a decade of residential real estate experience both in sales and management. Since his return, he has remained a Top Producing salesperson based out of the Vanguard Properties office in Mill Valley.
He launched his Real Estate sales career in 2001 with The Corcoran Group in New York and quickly built a loyal and steady clientele base. Having represented both buyers and sellers for five years, he was then promoted into management and was named managing director of the firm’s Brooklyn Heights office and earned recognition as a member of The Corcoran Group’s coveted President’s Council, honoring managing brokers around the country for success in operations, recruiting, and profitability.
In 2008, he opened the Corcoran Group's Williamsburg office and as senior managing director, he oversaw more than 45 agents and catapulted the office to success. He helped to make operations profitable in a very short period of time and excelled in selecting and training top agents, including the 2008 and 2009 Brooklyn Rookies of the Year. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California and have also taken extensive business leadership courses at the Wharton School of Business.

Michele Rocksberg began working in real estate in 2001 as a licensed real estate assistant and transaction coordinator. Michele brings a strong knowledge base of required disclosure documents and is consistently keeping informed with the real estate laws that help protect buyers and sellers. She is a dedicated, detail-oriented member of the team that has a technical background and is extremely organized.

We are sisters who grew up in Los Gatos, Ca, spending most of our free time riding our horse, Tally, and rearranging our bedroom furniture. We both have families of our own now, with four kids between us ranging from 17 to 7.
By joining forces to create Wildflower, we are combining our backgrounds in Real Estate and Project Management with our mutual love for good design.

As I was growing up I was passionate about 3 things - photo cameras, drawing floor plans with furniture layout for my parent’s country house and actually building this house together with my father. Fast forward 30 years, new country, different career paths and I am back to doing what I love the most. Photographing beautiful houses in the most beautiful part of the world, drawing floor plans and designing and remodeling my own fixer upper into my dream house. I get inspired by the unique architecture, tasteful design and unbelievable scenery of Northern California
